Now offering couples' weekend intensives!
So often I have heard the question "How are we supposed to manage in between sessions?!" When you are a couple in crisis, one hour a week can feel inadequate. There is so much ground to cover and emotions can run high! It can be rough to open up long-avoided issues in session and then go back to "normal life" to attempt business-as-usual. In couples' intensives, we can address the toughest issues in your relationship in depth and leave time to find your way back to each other.
Couples' intensives are tailored to your unique needs using Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques. We will start our work together with a 90 minute assessment session, either online or in-person. During this session, I will spend time with each of you individually and together as a couple to get a better sense of your individual and relationship history. To aid the process, you will each complete the Gottman Relationship (https://checkup.gottman.com/) at home before meeting for the intensive in my office in Claremont, CA.

Following the assessment phase, there are two weekend intensive options:

Complete Intensive Weekend:
Friday: 6pm-8pm, Assessment Report Presentation and Discussion
Saturday: 9am - 12pm, 2pm - 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 1pm, Recap and Future Planning
Follow up: Two 50 minute sessions, timing TBD
Rate: $2900, 14.5 clinical hours

One-Day Condensed Intensive:
Saturday: 9am - 12pm, 2pm - 5pm, Condensed Process
Follow up: One 50 minute session, timing TBD
Rate: $1700, 8.5 clinical hours
