  • EMDR Cognitions > Print this list of cognitions and have it available for every EMDR session.

  • TICES Log > Use this log form to record any triggers or intense dreams that occur between sessions.  This can help us get a sense of what our sessions are "bringing up" for you at home, and also point us to  new topics that may need to be processed as we move through your treatment plan.
